I know this because I lived it.

I'm Christa, the creator of Sea & Sage, a dreamer, and someone who spent most of her life overwhelmed by emotions she didn't have names for. Living in the shadows of patterns she couldn't see. Carrying energy weighted with hidden burdens she didn't know how to put down.

If you have ever struggled with patterns that feel bigger than you, with a heaviness that has no name you already know this feeling. You are not broken. You are carrying something that was never meant to be carried alone.

The creation of Sea & Sage didn't happen after I healed. It happened during. With every workbook I built, every framework I developed, every piece of this ecosystem I brought into the light I was simultaneously uncovering what had been suppressed in me for decades. Creating was healing. The healing was art.

Part of my journey led me into the occult arts: the ancient wisdom systems most people are taught to dismiss, and that I found to be the most honest maps of the human soul I had ever encountered. I dove deep into my own astrological birth chart and found the blueprint I had been living without knowing it. Pluto and Saturn in Scorpio in my 10th house: a life's work built in the shadows, through transformation, earned slowly and meant to last. Sun and Jupiter in Capricorn in my 12th house: a core identity that lives in the unseen, the unconscious, the spiritual depths beneath ordinary life. And a Sagittarius Moon at 1 degree raw, philosophical, incapable of feeling without also needing to understand what the feeling means. My Aquarius rising gave Sea & Sage its vision. My Pisces Venus and Mars gave it its tenderness. The rest of my chart gave it its bones.

And somewhere in that process something shifted. The heavy, shadowy energy I had been carrying the hidden burdens, the inherited conditioning, the wounds I had normalized slowly began to transmute. Not disappear. Transmute. Into wisdom. Into light. Into the kind of balanced, grounded radiance that doesn't burn out because it isn't performing. It simply is.

Self work is one of the most important investments you will ever make because you are betting on yourself. You are choosing to show up as a new version of yourself even on the days you are exhausted. You are learning to transmute what was dark into what is luminous. And in doing so you slowly begin to realize something extraordinary:

You have been co-creating with the universe all along.

The path leads back to you. To the most evolved, most luminous, most authentically whole version of yourself. An evolving soul who has learned the most sacred truth of all: you were always co-creating with the universe. That is the purest form of love and light.
